Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater?

Here at Cycladic Diving we provide the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program which lets you experience the underwater world under the supervision of a PADI Instructor in ideal conditions. We also offer the PADI Scuba Diver and Open Water for those seeking to become fully certified scuba divers.

If you are already certified the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Specialty courses will expand upon the knowledge gained in the previous certifications and allow you to go deeper and to more exciting dive sites.



If you are certified diver Cycladic Diving invites you to discover the Aegean Sea in small groups of 4 – 5 divers respecting rhythms and environment.

You will find passion for nature combined with high professional level, many languages and 5 -stars service.

Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – a chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving.

Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water.

Our Philosophy

After many years of professional diving experience on an international level we decided to share our vision with people who have the same passion for nature and the underwater world.

We wish to attract individual divers with their unique idea, level of knowledge, needs.

Our focus is to make each dive a life experience, a slow motion journey into nature and within ourselves.

We concentrate on small groups of 4-5 divers and or individual with the objective to reach their personal goals as divers.



Sara Gorretta is the owner of the diving centre and dives since she was a child.
As Esa Course Director and PADI IDC Staff Instructor she has been teaching around the world for over twenty years with thousands of hours experience teaching diving.
In 2008 she has founded Cycladic Diving with Gilda Benedettini.
She is studying Marine Biology and published the book “Anima Blu” (ed. Memori).
In 2012 she has completed the first exploration of Amphitritis Cave with George Vandoros and Nassos Zervopoulos.

Sara Gorretta


George Vandoros started diving as part of studies in photography in 1997.
He is working professionally as diving Instructor since 2000 and as PADI IDC Staff, Tec, Trimix; Cavern and Cave, Sidemount and Adv. Rebreather Instructor is now collaborating with dive centers all over Greece mainly as technical trainer
He has been member of many exploration team and in 2012 he has leaded the exploration of Amphitritis Cave with Sara Gorretta and Nassos Zervopoulos.

George Vandoros


Theo Bouzans started diving when he was 8. As a PADI MSDT, PADI Tec Diver/Instructor and full cave Diver, he has accumulated experience teaching in Spain and Mexico for the last two years. Passionnate with diving, he will make his best to make your stay with Cycladic Diving unforgetable.
A true lover of cold waters, he is nonetheless very happy when he dives in the Aegean Sea. As a PADI Dive Master and Tec Diver, it is with passion that he assists and guides at Cycladic Diving.

Alberto Carossa started diving in 2000 in Sardegna where as a kid he discovered his big love for the sea and its creatures.
After a break of some years he started again with the Cycladic Diving crew once he moved to Paros and a few years later he decided to upgrade his level and become a PADI Dive Master to join the team in the big blue adventure.

A short documentary about the first complete exploration of Amfitriti Cave in Paros, Greece.


Sara Goretta of the Cycladic Diving club discovered the cave and invited Cave Diving instructor George Vandoros to train her so she could explore the full depth of the cave. After an intense two week complete cavern and cave course Sara realised her dream and explored the full length and depth of this sometimes lunar sometimes cathedral like salt water cave.


Underwater cinematographer Nassos Zervopoulos captures the preparation, training courses and full exploration of the cave with breath-taking imagery.
